Bloody hell. Where to start with this one.
It’s a total cluster fuck of how not to merge.
Even if the traffic hadn’t of slowed down, the driver was behaving totally irresponsibly by flooring the accelerator once they were on the highway, which would of denied access for the white car in front. Possibly leading to an incident further down the highway.
Inappropriate speed, poor judgement, lacking spacial awareness, etc...
